 Around 2010, five good friends with extensive professional and corporate backgrounds, pooled their talents and resources in technology, offshoring, and outsourcing, to establish Serviam Professionals, Inc. or Serviam Pro for short, in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines. The company initially had website development, financial feasibility studies, executive coaching and mentoring, and other consulting projects as their initial offerings.

In 2014, the company expanded its services to include CAD drafting and rendering, software development, and corporate trainings.
